Generally am a fan of tea but White tea
specially has been an obsession of mine for a while now although white tea has
a lot of great health benefits it still gets overlooked in comparison with
other herbal teas.
White tea comes
from the tea plant Camellia sinensis that’s the same plant that green tea comes
from the main difference is that the white tea leafs are harvested at a younger
stage than green tea *green tea gets more processed in comparison to white tea*
White tea contains the very same types
of antioxidants as green tea but since white tea is less processed than green tea
it retains most of its valuable antioxidants.
Health benefits of white tea:

Last tea tip of the day if you
are wondering why it's called white tea although it's color is very similar to
green tea that’s because of the silver *ish* fuzz
that coats the buds when the leafs are plucked which turns white when the tea
is all dried & that’s why its called WHITE TEA
Have
you ever tried white tea?
